Registration Details
- Dates & Venue: 10-13 October 2026, ICM – International Congress Center Messe München, Munich, Germany.
- Registration Types: Options include in-person (access to all sessions, including live stream) and virtual (access to live-streamed sessions and on-demand replay).
- Early Fee Deadline: Lower fees for in-person registration are available until 20 May 2026.
- Registration Deadline: Registration closes on 13 October 2026 (13:00 CEST).
- Group Registration: Managed via e-Vouchers, with a 22 July 2026 deadline for group participants presenting a poster.
- Press Registration: Free of charge for approved journalists; requires submission by 9 October 2026 (no on-site registration).
- Visa/Letters of Invitation: Available for in-person participants via the registration portal following full payment.
